PLAN LICENSE CLAUSE

PLAN LICENSING. All house plans sold on infillplans.com are protected by copyright. Upon purchase, the buyer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-build license to use the purchased plan for the construction of one (1) residential structure. The buyer may reproduce the plan in print for the sole purpose of construction and permitting. The buyer may not: resell, sublicense, transfer, share, or otherwise distribute the plan documents to any third party outside the buyer's direct project team; use the plan to construct more than one structure without purchasing an appropriate multi-build license; or modify the plan for commercial resale. Violation of these terms will constitute copyright infringement.
